The Beginning — 9th January 2015

Concept Sprout Academy was founded with a clear purpose: to provide quality, concept-driven coaching that truly prepares students for competitive exams and life beyond them.

2017

Growing Stronger — Second Location

With growing trust from students and parents, we expanded to a second location, making quality coaching more accessible across Navi Mumbai.

2020

Adapting & Evolving

We evolved our teaching methods and brought students new learning tools and structured programmes that stood the test of challenging times.

Concept Sprout Academy was born out of a simple belief — that every student, with the right guidance, has the potential to achieve extraordinary results. Our founders saw a gap in the way competitive exam coaching was delivered and set out to fill it with an approach that prioritised understanding over memorisation.

When I founded Concept Sprout Academy in 2015, I had one driving conviction: that quality education, delivered with genuine care, could change the trajectory of a young person's life. I had seen students with real potential underperform simply because they were taught to memorise rather than to understand. I wanted to change that.

Our approach has always been to start with the concept — to make sure every student truly understands what they are learning before they are asked to apply it. This foundation of deep understanding is what allows our students to tackle JEE, NEET, Olympiad, and any other challenge they face with confidence and clarity.

Over the years, what has brought me the greatest satisfaction is not just the exam results — though we are proud of those too — but the transformation I see in students: the growth in confidence, the development of analytical thinking, and the ability to approach problems with patience and method. That is the real result of a Concept Sprout education.
